Federal Polytechnic Nekede is a well-known polytechnic in Nigeria, located in Nekede, Owerri, Imo State.
It was established in 1978 as the College of Technology, Owerri, on a temporary site.
On April 17, 1993, it was relocated to its permanent site in Nekede and renamed Federal Polytechnic Nekede.
