The clearance process is in 3 stages:
- First Stage: Compilation of all your documents.
- Second Stage: Checking of credentials and documents for transparency.
- Final Stage: After your faculty officer signs your documents, your Matric Number will be generated.
Your documents will then be duplicated into three copies: One for your Department, One for your Faculty, One for yourself (for reference purposes).
Once you have completed your registration, your Matric Number will be automatically generated by the School ICT Center.
NOTE:Make sure your Faculty Officer signs your documents because, without this, your Matric Number will not be generated.

- You will see an option in front of the page titled “Show Personal Details”.
- Click on it, and a dropdown will appear, showing your personal details, including your Matric Number.
